Bob's business experience includes management with a national bank, finance, mortgage and real estate companies. This experience is enhanced by studies in Marketing and Urban Land Economics with BCIT and UBC. A licensed Mortgage Broker, Bob also holds an Associate Broker designation and has done so since 1979. He is a former director of the Victoria Real Estate Board and recently received his VREB 30 year service award. Bob is experienced in foreclosure management, debt consolidation and restructuring, business reorganization, land development, subdivision and condominium planning and design.
